Stuartholme
began in 1920 with an enrolment of just five children. Since then
many thousands of girls have received their education here. These
former students maintain their attachment to the school through
the Stuartholme Sacré Coeur Association (SSCA): the Stuartholme
Alumnae. The object of the SSCA is the advancement of education
in accordance with the educational philosophy of the Society of
the Sacréd Heart of Jesus.
More
widely, Stuartholme Alumnae are members of the Association Mondiale
des Anciennes du Sacré Coeur (AMASC).
